The B2B world is often seen as a cold and distant place, but we don’t think it needs to be that way. We don’t see any reason why a corporate client should be treated with a less personal touch than a consumer client, so we give them both the same level of personalized service. We’ve never met a client that wasn’t happy to have a live, knowledgeable, attentive person on the other side of the phone when they call in with an issue instead of a call center employee reading from a script.
